At Crown Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Proof (photo/video) may be required for verification
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method or agreed alternative
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side
